Highlights
At George Field, Shawn Heck struck out four in two scoreless innings for the save as the Red Knights (1-9 Berks I, 5-13) knocked off the Blazers (3-7 Berks II, 7-9).
Heck's two-run double keyed a big four-run third that put Reading High on top to stay. Carlos Paulino started and got the win for Reading High, which also got multi-hit efforts from Gerry Garcia (2-for-4) and Frankelvin Reyes (2-for-3).
For Boone, which out hit the Knights 14-8, Jason Henderson was 3-for-4, Keeley went 2-for-5, Chris Katkowski was 2-for-4 and Kelly Saylor went 3-for-4.
