At Reiftton, Matt Farrell scored the winning run from second base when Brad Wiekrykas reached on an error with two outs in the bottom of the eighth as the Eagles (5-5 Berks I, 8-9) defeated the Tigers (6-5, 10-6).
Exeter had taken a 2-1 lead in the fourth with a couple of unearned runs before Fleetwood tied it in the sixth on Tyler Storms' RBI groundout.
Sophomore right-hander Devon Campbell went the route on five-hitter, striking out six.
Aaron Dietrich had two hits for Fleetwood.
Farrell and Josh Sherman had two hits each for the Eagles.
