Highlights
At Laureldale, Emily Vogel went the distance for the win as the Muhls (9-2, 14-3) topped the Tigers (2-9, 3-13). With the victory, Muhlenberg clinched its 20th straight Berks League playoff appearance.
The Muhls took command with a six-run third inning. They had five hits and sent 11 batters to the plate in the inning.
Vogel allowed an earned run on eight hits, walked none and struck out six. Also for the Muhls, Brianne Huey went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and Hillary Ammon was 2-for-3 and drove in a run.
Arianna Horonzy went 2-for-3 for Fleetwood.
