At Kutztown, David Koch hit a leadoff home run and had a game-winning RBI double to help lead the Trojans (6-5 Berks III, 9-7) past the Cougars (9-2 Berks IV, 11-5).
Brian Miller pitched a complete game giving up two runs on six hits while striking out five to pick up the win for Tulpehocken.
Brock Krumanocker pitched a complete game in the loss giving up three runs on seven hits while striking out seven for Kutztown.
The Cougars failed to clinch the Berks IV title.
