Wednesday at Reiffton, Owen Wisner's eighth-inning single broke up a no-hitter and lifted the Eagles (2-2, 5-3) over the Blazers (1-3, 3-3). Boone's Harrison Leister struck out eight without allowing a hit until the eighth when Ben Trexler drew a walk, was sacrificed to second and scored on Wisner's single. Trexler threw six shutout innings, striking out the side with the bases loaded in sixth. Devin Sheerin picked up the win with two scoreless innings.
