Tuesday at Mertztown, Joe Crist broke a tie with a three-home run in the sixth inning, sending the Bullets (2-0, 5-0) past the Cougars (0-2, 2-4). Jesse Breunig hit a double earlier in the inning to tie it, and Carson Renner added a run-scoring double. Jaeger Smeltz was 2-for-2 with a double for Brandywine and Tim Harrier was 2-for-4 with a double. For Kutztown, starter Jacob Rabert allowed two earned runs, three hits and four walks and struck out six in five-plus innings.
