Twin Valley at Daniel Boone

At Birdsboro, the Blazers (11-1 Berks I, 14-2) overcame a five-run deficit to knock off the previously undefeated Raiders (9-1 Berks II, 13-1) in a battle of division champions. Amber Williams went 2-for-3 with a home run and five RBIs to help Daniel Boone rally from a 5-0 deficit after 3 1/2 innings. The Blazers scored four in the fourth and four in the fifth to take the lead. After Twin Valley tied it with two runs in the top of the sixth, Daniel Boone scored in the bottom half of the inning to take the lead for good. Hailey Kaba went 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs for Daniel Boone. Twin Valley, which had six extra-base hits, outhit Daniel Boone 13-9. Natalie Foster was 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs, Madison Garber went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, Ashley McMenamin went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored and Sophia Marsalo had two doubles for Twin Valley.
