Highlights
Tuesday at Wenger Field, Garet Blankenbiller pitched a two-hitter as the top-seeded Lynx (18-5) defeated the second-seeded Shamrocks (15-7) to win their second straight District 3 Class 3A championship. Blankenbiller struck out four and walked four. The Lynx had just two singles, including Andrew McMullen's bunt in a three-run second inning. Luke McDonald and Evan Solley had RBIs.
