Highlights
At Phoenixville, Shayne Houck led off the eighth inning with a home run, lifting the Bears (16-0, 16-1) over the Phantoms and keeping Boyertown unbeaten in the PAC-10.
The Phantoms had tied it in the bottom of the seventh on an unearned run. Houck allowed no earned runs, two hits and struck out seven in 7 2/3 innings. Cody Kulp then came in for the one-out save.
