Upper Perkiomen at Boyertown

At Boyertown, Shelby Beaver drove in the winning run with a single in the bottom of the 10th inning as the Bears (7-5, 7-6) prevailed in a marathon to win their sixth straight. The Indians broke a scoreless tie with two runs in the top of the ninth inning, but Boyertown came back to tie it with a two-run single by Brianna Dieter after Nikki Schwenk and Beaver both singled. The Bears had five of their eight hits in the last two innings. Beaver picked up the win by striking out 13 batters and walking four. Upper Perkiomen's Erin Coffey took the loss despite striking out 21.
