Highlights
Monday at Reiffton, Deven Sheerin threw four innings of relief, striking out 12 and allowing an unearned run while picking up the win to lead the Eagles (2-2, 7-3) over Palmyra. Sheerin was 2-for-3 with a two-run homerun. In the bottom of the 7th, Carter Cordora hit a two-run triple with two outs to tie the game for Exeter. Alex Kelsey, was 2-for-5 and led off the bottom of the 8th with a double for the Eagles. Kelsey scored on an RBI single by Chase Cupitt to win the game. Cupitt was 2-5 with three RBIs. Luke Giering was on base five times and scored two runs for Exeter.
