Highlights:At Spring-Ford High School, Kaylin Umstead scored the game-winning header off an assist from Caitlin Raynes four minutes into overtime to give Upper Perkiomen the PAC-10 championship win over the Bears (14-4).
Boyertown went ahead by one in the second half but Upper Perkiomen scored to tie it with two minutes left in regulation.
Sammi Eddigner and Raelynn Mikell had one goal each for the Bears.
