Wilson at Dallastown (Boys soccer)
1st Half 2nd Half OT 1 Final
Wilson 0 2 0 3
Dallastown 1 1 0 2
Highlights:Bradley Vanino scored his second goal of the night two minutes into the first overtime, lifting 21st-seeded Wilson to a 3-2 upset at fifth-seeded Dallastown in the first round of the District 3-AAA boys soccer playoffs Thursday afternoon.

The victory was the second in the tournament for Wilson, which beat Garden Spot in a 3-AAA preliminary Monday night.

It also set up an All-Berks quarterfinal showdown with Exeter Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Gov. Mifflin.

The Bulldogs (10-7-2) advance to the 3-AAA quarters for the fourth straight season. But they'll play Saturday without starting sophomore forward Nick Fore, who drew a hard red card at the end of the Dallastown win and must sit out the next match.

James Le scored both goals for Dallastown (17-4), the first on a penalty kick that made it 1-0 a minute before halftime.

Vanino tied it on his first goal 13 minutes into the second half, and Wilson's Josh Shutter converted a PK to put the Bulldogs up 2-1 some seven minutes later.

Le's second goal, an unassisted tally off a direct kick with 10 minutes left in regulation, forced the overtime period.

Exeter and Wilson split their two regular season meetings, with the Bulldogs winning the last one on Oct. 7 to clinch a Berks playoff berth.
