At Hersheypark Stadium, Michael Andrei headed home a Sam Hart serve 4:43 into the second overtime and the Eagles (18-5-1) upset the four-time defending champion Blue Streaks (21-4-2) to win the program's first District 3-AAA title.
Exeter opens its first PIAA tournament Tuesday, site and time to be determined, with a first-rounder against District 1 fourth seed Central Bucks East.
