Highlights:At West Lawn, sophomore Zach Zweizig scored a career-high 24 points as the Bulldogs (4-0, 8-4) defeated the Red Knights (4-1, 10-3) in a showdown for first place in the division.
Tyler Beck and Alex Fegley scored 16 points each for Wilson, which opened a 15-point fourth quarter lead and held off a furious rally by the Red Knights.
Marcus Dawkins and Yamil Echavarria scored 16 points each for Reading High.
