Highlights:At Geigertown, Josh Vargas had a team-high 27 points and game-high 11 rebounds as the Lions (10-0, 14-5) defeated the Eagles (7-2, 15-3) in a first-place showdown.
Dathan Marshall scored a game-high 29 points for High Point, which led 30-29 at the half before Faith erupted for 54 second-half points.
