Highlights:At Shillington, Mallory Fredericks scored a natural hat trick, leading Gov. Mifflin (15-4) to its program’s first district win with the shutout of Twin Valley (9-11).
Fredericks scored 16 minutes into the game, with 3:49 to go in the half and 22 minutes into the second half for the Mustangs, who outshot the raiders 12-7.
“It was the ‘Mallory Fredericks Show,” said Mustangs coach Ed Deren. “ … I’m pretty excited for the kids.”
Gov. Mifflin will play Central York Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Shillington.
