Highlights:At Hamburg, Kayla Simpson scored early in the second half to help the Hawks (8-4, 13-5) defeat the Bullets (6-6, 8-8-1) and move into a tie for second place with Schuylkill Valley.
Hamburg plays its final league game Tuesday night at undefeated Oley Valley. Schuylkill Valley closes the league season Tuesday afternoon at Brandywine.
Vicky DeLong gave Hamburg a 1-0 lead less than eight minutes into the game. Brandywine, which was eliminated from the Berks playoff race, tied it on a goal by Amanda Loos with 8:27 left in the first half.
