Highlights:At Ray Buss Field, the Tigers (5-0 Berks II, 9-1) scored off a direct kick and a corner kick as they blanked the Bulldogs (3-1-1 Berks I, 5-2-3) in a Friday night matchup of Berks Conference powers.
The Tigers got on the board 4:30 before the break on an own goal credited to Fleetwood's Jeff Turner. The goal came off a long direct kick from the flank by Matt Geidner.
Fleetwood added a second goal 12:43 into the second half as Adam Berish connected on a corner kick from Jose Nunez. Eric Houghton made three saves for the Tigers, who limited Wilson to four shots on net.
“It was just a great game with two good teams," Fleetwood coach Keith Schlegel said. "A lot of atmosphere, a lot of people there. It was good.”
