Highlights:Hilary Yoh scored with 3:02 left to break a tie and lift Berks champion Wilson to a 3-2 win over visiting Cedar Cliff in the Class AAA preliminary round of the District 3 Field Hockey Tournament.
Yoh scored off an assist from Kerryn Redcay to advance the 12th-seeded Bulldogs (16-5) to a first-round game Tuesday against Berks rival Conrad Weiser, the No. 5 seed,
Kim Sheaffer scored in the opening minutes of the second half to give Wilson a 1-0 lead. Katie Zapp scored with 18:16 left to tie it.
Wilson went ahead again when Chrissy Davidson, who assisted on Sheaffer's goal, scored off an assist from Sheaffer with 13:37.
No. 21 Cedar Cliff (9-8) tied it again when Ashton Whalen netted a penalty stroke with 4:19 left.
Yoh's goal with 3:02 left enabled Wilson, last year's fifth-place finisher out of the No. 12 seed, to win its 12th straight and eliminate Cedar Cliff for the second straight year.
