Highlights: At Hummelstown, the 14th-seeded Falcons (12-6-1) scored three times in the first 24 minutes to take command in beating the 19th-seeded Eagles in a District 3-AAA preliminary game.
Exeter got its only goal with under a minute to play in the first half as Ashleigh Ring scored an unassisted goal.
Alanna Dunkle’s second goal of the game gave Lower Dauphin a 4-1 lead less than five minutes into the second half.
The Falcons dominated with an 18-8 edge in shots.
Lower Dauphin advances to face third-seeded Cumberland Valley Wednesday at 7 at Eagle View Middle School.
