Highlights:At Giant Center, the second-seeded Squires (17-8) used sharp shooting and an effective halfcourt trap to build a big early lead in downing the third-seeded Spartans (13-11) in a District 3-AA semifinal.
Mark Staub scored a game-high 22 points for Delone, which advances to Friday's championship game.
Gerald Burns had 10 points and Skyler Lash nine for the Spartans, who need to win Friday's state qualifier to reach the PIAA Tournament.
