Highlights:At Red Lion, Erin Okoniewski's two-run homer in the third inning keyed the Eagles (12-6) held off the Lions (9-8) in a District 3 AAAA preliminary game.
Okoniewski's blast erased a 1-0 deficit for Exeter, which never trailed after the third.
Gabriella Millian, Aubrey Koch and Rachel Bautsch each went 2-for-3 for the Eagles. Liviana Rocco scattered six hits, struck out one and allowed a walk to pick up the win for Exeter.
Ali Posey belted a solo homer for Red Lion.
Exeter advances to take on No. 2 Central York at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Memorial Park, York.
