Highlights:At Mechanicsburg, Lexie Gartner scored the game-winning goal in sudden death overtime to give the Bulldogs (21-0) a win over the Eagles. Sarah McGregor led Wilson with three goals and an assist. Ally Hopkins stopped 15 shots in goal and had seven steals. Wilson clinched the top seed for the Western Conference Championship and a bye to the Pennsylvania State Tournament with the win.
