Highlights:At West Lawn, Travaun Coad scored seven of his team-high 17 points in the fourth quarter as the Bulldogs (17-3) held off the Eagles (13-8) despite shaky free throw shooting.
The Bulldogs, who shoot 70 percent for the season, missed 12-of-20 free throws, including 4-of-6 and a pair of one-and-ones in the final quarter.
Matt Tamanosky had a game-high 21 points for Cumberland Valley, which saw its four-game win streak snapped.
Wilson has won 10 straight.
