Highlights:At West Lawn, the fourth-seeded Bulldogs (19-5) shot a sizzling 70 percent from the field in beating No. 13 Lampeter-Strasburg (16-9) in a District 3-AAAA Tournament first-round game.
Bryan Fegley scored a team-high 15 points and Travaun Coad had 13.
Austin Smucker had a game-high 20 for the Pioneers.
Wilson advances to a district quarterfinal Saturday at Lebanon High against No. 12 Carlisle, which defeated Exeter.
