Highlights:At Millersville, 11th-seeded Gov. Mifflin scored the first two goals of the second half to take a 10-9 lead, but sixth-seeded Penn Manor scored the last four to win the tightly contested District 3 opener. McKenna Edwards had four goals, Eryn McCoy three goals and an assist and Emily McCoy three goals for Penn Manor (16-5). Mel Colozzi had four goals, Emma Jones three goals and Caroline Kallos two goals and an assist for the Berks runner-up Mustangs (13-8). Mifflin's Kathy Allen had 18 saves. "She probably had her best game of the season," said Mustangs coach Chris Allen. "Unfortunately we didn't win it."
