At Hempfield, Anthony Rivera had 10 kills, two blocks, 37 assists and 10 digs for the Bulldogs (12-5), who lost to the Falcons 16-25, 25-23, 21-25, 25-18, 15-13.
Also for Wilson, Sheku Koroma had 24 kills, two blocks, 16 digs and an ace and Austin Lubas had three aces, 14 kills and 17 digs.
Lower Dauphin (12-4) advanced to Monday’s quarterfinals and will play top-seeded Central York.
