Highlights:At Robesonia, Michael Andrei's late first-half penalty kick conversion gave the Eagles (4-1 Berks I, 7-1) a two-goal cushion and proved to be the difference in a key crossover clash with the Scouts (4-1 Berks II, 7-4), who lost their first league match.
Mike Dailey had given Exeter a 1-0 lead when he scored off an Eric Pepper feed 2 1/2 minutes into the game.
Andrei's PK, after a called trip in the box, made it 2-0 before Weiser midfielder Tyler Witmer got the Scouts on the board with an unassisted goal 12 1/2 minutes after the break.
Weiser got the better of the play over the final 40 minutes, but managed only four shots for the match.
