Highlights:At Birdsboro, the Tigers (9-1, 14-1) scored three goals in the first half and held on to defeat the Blazers (2-8, 3-10-2) and clinch their first playoff berth since 1997 and first division title since 1995.
Stephanie Barnett scored two goals for Fleetwood and Emily Jensen converted a penalty stroke.
Tabby Davis scored less than two minutes into the second half for Daniel Boone. The Blazers pulled within a goal with 6:14 left on a goal by Lindsay Shestock.
