Highlights:Jeler Mendez scored the game's only goal 20 minutes into the first half to give the Hawks (1-3, 2-4) a win over the Bullets (3-1, 4-3).
After Chad Gechter made a save for Brandywine Heights on a bang-bang play, Mendez knocked the ball into the goal to give Hamburg the early lead.
The Bullets had several scoring chances in the second half but Derek Slichter made 10 saves to preserve the shutout and seal the win.
