Highlights:No. 6 Daniel Boone scored three first-half goals Tuesday during a District 3-AAA first round win over No. 11 Dallastown at Birdsboro.
Kayleigh Kardos, Alayna Roesener and Marissa Stevenson scored once each to give the Blazers (14-2-2) a three-goal advantage entering halftime.
Mason Pinkerton and Carsyn Gold scored in the second half for the Wildcats (14-5-2) to cut the deficit to one, but the Blazers held on for the win.
Daniel Boone advances to face No. 3 Manheim Township (15-3-1) in a quarterfinal Saturday.
