Highlights:At Wyomissing, Stephen Paolini headed in the game-winner off a cross from David Folino with 2:40 left in regulation and the Spartans (3-1, 6-1) survived a scare from the Cardinals (0-4, 0-6).
Central trailed 2-0 at the break, but tied it on a pair of Zach Fenstermacher finishes of James Montgomery corners, the second of which came 18 minutes into the second half.
Wyomissing held a 21-10 advantage in shots.
