Highlights:At Haverford, Hanna Breslin scored five goals and Laura Winters had three goals and three assists to lead No. 16 seed Haverford (10-9) to the District 1 girls lacrosse opening-round victory over No. 17 Methacton. Sara Hughes, Alana Cardaci each had three goals and Daria Lucchesi three goals and two assists to lead Methacton. Jackie Cerchio scored her 100th goal, contributing two goals and four assists for Methacton, which finishes the season 12-9.
