Ashley West scored the game-winning goal with 19:22 remaining as the Bulldogs (21-3) defeated the Warriors (18-4).
Kim Sheaffer and Jordan Seidel scored within a three-minute span to give Wilson a 2-0 halftime lead. Warwick responded with a pair of goals during a 70-second span to tie it 2-2 with 20:34 remaining.
Bulldogs coach Doretta Sheaffer called a timeout after Warwick's second goal and West answered with the game-winner about a minute later.
Wilson dominated the game, holding an 11-3 advantage in shots and a 7-3 advantage in corners.
The Bulldogs play top-seeded Penn Manor -- a 5-0 winner over Hempfield -- in a semifinal 4 p.m. Tuesday at Hersheypark.
