Highlights:At Breidegam Field, Chris Moyer threw a two-hit shutout and struck out six as the Cougars (3-0, 5-1) defeated the Blue Jays (1-2, 2-3).
Kuztown's lone run came in the first, when Andrew Miller's fielders' choice grounder scored Brett Hauck. Taylor Hauck was 2-for-3 for Kutztown.
Lefty Matt Magrann was the hard-luck loser, striking out eight and not allowing an earned run on a three-hitter.
