Twin Valley, which finished with a 17-5 advantage in shots, took a 2-0 lead on goals from Lindsey Bitler and Jenna DiGiacomo. Blue Mountain made it 2-1 on a Chantel Guistwite score with 34 seconds left in the first half.
The Eagles tied it with 23:32 remaining in regulation on a Katie Chadwick goal.
