Highlights:At Reiffton, Ericka Diehl scored with 4:41 left in regulation and Stephanie Barnett tacked on an insurance goal as the Tigers (8-0 Berks II, 11-1) escaped against the Eagles (2-1-3 Berks I, 5-2-3).
Exeter took a 1-0 lead with 21:48 left in the first half when Netanya DeRouchie scored off a feed from Christine Tase, but Fleetwood tied it 1:42 before the half on Emily Jensen's penalty stroke.
The Eagles hung tough despited being outshot 37-6, with goalie Sarah Dobroskey making 34 saves.
Diehl had one goal and one assist for Fleetwood.
