Highlights:At Reading High, the Bulldogs (5-3-2, 7-6-2) moved into a points tie with Gov. Mifflin for second place in Berks I by edging the Red Knights (0-9-1, 4-12-1).
Brad Vanino put the Bulldogs on the board with 9:01 remaining in the first half when he knocked in a feed from Cory Pfeifer, who returned from a hamstring injury. Wilson put it away with 2:26 to go when Tyler Reinoehl headed in a Pfeifer corner.
Wilson closes its regular season vs. Exeter Oct. 7. It needs to beat Exeter and have Mifflin lose one of its final two games (at Fleetwood tonight or vs. Reading High Oct. 6) in order to get the second Berks I playoff spot.
