At Wilson High School, the Eagles eliminated the Spartans by taking three of four games and advancing to the BCIAA Final vs. Gov. Mifflin.
Main contributors for the Eagles were Steve Dodge (nine kills, six blocks); Dexter Hughes (12 kills, five blocks, five digs); Alex Hinsey (nine digs, 55 assists) and Mike Northeimer (25 kills, four blocks).
The Spartans were led by Mike Bunting (21 kills, 21 digs, three blocks); Nolan Campbell (nine kills, one assist, 13 digs); Steve Paolini (31 assists, seven digs, one block); Alex Bohr (three kills, nine digs) and Doug Weidman (four kills, three blocks).
