Highlights:
At Reiffton, Billy Mourar scored a fall in the next-to-last bout to help the Eagles (2-5, 2-15) down the Red Knights (1-6, 3-10) in a seesaw battle.
Reading High led 20-5 after back-to-back falls by Eliel Alvarez at 215 and Isaac Mejia at 285.
Exeter swept the next three bouts and took the lead on back-to-back falls by Anthony Desantis at 112 and Marc Strain at 119.
The lead changed hands four more times before Dan Teti won a major decision at 140 and Mourar scored a fall at 145 to clinch Exeter's second win in three matches after an 0-13 start.
