At Topton, Blaed Gerhart scored a 5-4 decision over David Priest in the second bout to spark the Bullets (6-1 Berks III, 14-2) past the Spartans (3-3 Berks IV, 4-8).
Priest had defeated 8-6 Gerhart in last week's Berks County Tournament finals.
The Bullets also got falls from Zane Yocco (103), Tyler Herman (125), Kyle Stoudt (135), Cody Reeves (152), Brad Stoudt (189) and Brandon Herman (285).
Wyomissing got a forfeit at 171 and decisions by Dan Faust at 215 and Mike Priest at 130.
