At Reiffton, Trey Harkness recorded a fall and Tristan Watts earned a decision in the final two bouts to lead the Eagles (3-2, 7-7) past the Red Knights (2-2, 10-9).
Reading High won three straight bouts and five of the last six to take a 33-28 lead with two matches remaining. But Harkness got a third-period pin and Watts a 3-0 decision for Exeter's victory.
