Highlights: In their first 3-AA tournament appearance in three years, the Hawks (13-7) were eliminated in blowout fashion. After losing in the semifinals last year, Biglerville got back on the winning track by taking 10 of 12 bouts, aside from two forfeits, from Hamburg to advance to the semifinal round. Aside from forfeit wins at 145 and 132, Hamburg’s points were earned by Cody Miller (182), who pinned Juan Martinez in 2:46, and Nick Reber (220), who won a 4-1 decision. Senior 160-pounder Tyler Lieberum, who entered Wednesday’s match with a 29-2 record, pinned Hamburg’s Mark Kramer in 1:50 to lead the Canners (24-2).
