At Southampton, Hunter Mitch (120) pinned his opponent in the second to last match to break a tie for the Rams (16-3) win in the District 1-AAA Duals opening round win over the Indians. Jimmy Frank avoided getting pinned to secure the result. Matt Krieble (138) and Chase Smith (182) also recorded pins for Spring-Ford in the win. The Rams will face Boyertown in the quarterfinals Feb. 5.
