At George Field, winning pitcher Zabdiel Parrilla delivered a two-run single and then scored on a wild pitch as the Red Knights (2-2, 2-5) beat the Blazers (0-4, 1-8) in the resumption of game halted by rain Wednesday. Reading trailed 2-0 before scoring all its runs in the fourth on three walks, a fielder's choice, a balk, Parrilla's hit and two wild pitches. Parilla's single was the Red Knights' only hit. Parrilla allowed five hits, walked two and struck out nine in a complete game. Losing pitcher John Reina, who went 2-for-3 with an RBI double, walked six and struck out six in six innings.
