At FirstEnergy Stadium, Dillon Marsh threw a three-hit shutout and struck out 10 as the second-seeded Crusaders (16-5) beat the top-seeded Lynx (14-7) in the District 3 Class 3A final for the second year in a row. Marsh also hit a solo home run for Lancaster Catholic, which broke it open with three unearned runs in the sixth. Gavin Troutman, Gavin Blankenbiller and Andy Loeper singled for the Lynx. Blankenbiller allowed one run and four hits in five innings and struck out eight.
