Gov. Mifflin at Dallastown

At Manheim Township, Chase Hoecke hit a double to Mifflin left fielder Jacob Gelvin, who dove for the ball, but scored Peter Capobianco to give the Wildcats the walk-off victory over the Mustangs in the District 3 Class 6A third-place game. Gov. Mifflin starter Tristan Kochel threw four innings, giving up one earned run on four hits, with four strikeouts. Isiah Livingston picked up the loss, pitching 2 1/3 innings in relief, allowing two hits, the winning run, and struck out two Dallastown batters. Dallastown pitcher Nick Parker pitched a complete game, allowing just one unearned run on four hits with eight strikeouts. Gelvin's grounder to short scored Kochel after a throwing error for Gov. Mifflin's lone run of the game.
