At Warminster, Reese Kauffman tied it with a two-run home run in the fifth inning and Eddie Standhardt's squeeze bunt drove in the go-ahead run in the sixth as the District 3 runner-up Lynx (15-7) edged the District 12 champion Eagles (9-12-1) in a PIAA Class 3A first-round game. Winning pitcher Gavin Blankenbiller threw a complete game, allowing five hits, striking out nine and walking none, and had an RBI double in the seventh.
