Friday at Owls Field, the Scouts (1-3 Berks II, 3-7) scored three runs in the top of the seventh without a hit or the ball leaving the infield in the win over the Eagles (3-3 Berks I, 7-4). Gavin Wagner knocked in the tying run on a fielder's choice and two runs scored on a throwing error on a groundball hit by Evan Rittle. Riley Civello threw a four-hitter to earn the win and went 2-for-4. For Exeter, Luke Weller threw six shutouts innings, striking out nine, and went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
